Accreditation

Since 2004, Hôtel-Dieu de France has been enagaged in the accreditation procedure as per the hospital accreditation standards set by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health.

In 2011, Hôtel-Dieu de France was accredited without any recommendation.

In 2014, then in 2019, Hôtel-Dieu de France maintained its ranking in the best T1 category following the analysis of KPIs by the Ministry of Health (overall patient satisfaction rate at 92%; highest case mix score for any patient category; a 30-day readmission score of 1.6% compared to a national average of 5.6% (less than -2 standard deviation compared to the national average).

Our approach is currently based on performing a self-assessment in order to review daily activities and evaluate them in light of accreditation standards.
