Risk Management and Continuous Improvement Process

The hospital uses a future-oriented, defined and standardized process to identify and manage all events, regardless of their nature and consequences. The spectrum goes from almost accidents, to dysfunction, to serious accidents.

A reporting charter defines the rights and obligations of each professional, whose active involvement contributes to the ongoing search for a high level of safety in our activities.

Reporting helps in recognizing risks associated with our activities and implementing the appropriate improvement measures. Reporting is an act of prevention. It is everyone's responsibility to communicate spontaneously and without delay any information on an adverse event.

Patients and their families are encouraged to take part in this process, complete satisfaction surveys and share their feedback to improve their future experience and pathway.

Assessments carried out by each department lead to the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
